Global best practice social performance management co-designed and endorsed by Traditional Owners and local communities across Australia.

We support…

We support First Nations groups and local communities in social performance management to collectively manage environmental and social impacts. We do this through our custom collaborative social performance management framework, which empowers First Nations groups and local communities through capacity development, genuine engagement, and knowledge sharing. Our approach ensures they have the information and tools they need to make informed decisions and drive better outcomes for their people and communities. This collaborative approach is co-designed and implemented in partnership with all levels of government, industry, and major projects to ensure long-term positive outcomes for ALL.

Our Relationships

Authentic relationships are the foundation of our business based on mutual understanding, respect and trust.

Our relationship with First Nations people is grounded in truth-telling and a deep reverence for their true standing in this country as Traditional Custodians, since time immemorial, and acknowledgement that sovereignty was never ceded.

Our Approach

Our collaborative and practical framework ensures great outcomes for all stakeholders, supporting First Nations and community aspirations, while improving project/ operational delivery and upholding Social Licence to Operate (SLO). We help companies achieve global Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) standard compliance, delivering outcomes that don’t just tick boxes, but achieve genuine positive IMPACTS.

Our Team

Our Team has decades experience working with multiple Traditional Owner groups and local communities on behalf of major projects and operations in the resource, energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors. We have lived and worked in Queensland’s major industrial and resource hubs, ensuring an intrinsic understanding of these communities and the operational environment.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We acknowledge, respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the lands upon which we operate and pay respect to Ancestors and Elders past, present and emerging. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We acknowledge the deep spiritual and cultural connection Traditional Owners have with the land, waters, air and community that always was, and always will be Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land. We  acknowledge sovereignty of these lands has never been ceded.

Part of our vision is to build Traditional Owner capacity to achieve their aspirations and self-determination, providing best-practice frameworks and raising up and mentoring the next generation of First Nations social performance specialists.
